Private sources of financial aid

You may be able to find possible sources of aid in your home community. You need to take the initiative to obtain additional information regarding these resources. A starting place may be the fraternal organizations located in your community, i.e., American Legion, VFW, Knight of Columbus lodges, etc. These may be found in the reference section of your public library under scholarships.
